On a daily basis, you use your phones and your computers more than your television. The reason for this is that it is easier to access and people want to see what is happening at that moment particularly. Everything is getting faster and faster. We need to have the information as soon as possible so that is the reason why social media is preferable. Now let’s talk about advertisements on television. We can not say that it doesn’t have any effect on the community but, we can surely say that it loses value day by day. Especially in recent years, because of the coronavirus situation, television sort of became an item which we use as decoration. With this loss in value, brands and corporations try to catch the wave of social media advertising more. They pay for celebrities to get part in their commercials to get more attention and more reliability because people would want to buy a product that their admired artist suggested. Moreover, they collaborate with other brands or people to access more customers than they have.
These days advertisement world is shaped by social media because it is the most used, cheapest and easiest way to share and search but there is one last important thing to say that this type of advertising is great and helpful for us although we should be aware of the scamming facts while we are benefiting from it.
